These Terms apply to the use of the Nexabyte website and the purchase of our products. You accept these Terms by making an order.  

Orders & Acceptance

The confirmation of orders is done through email. Nexabyte has the right to refuse orders due to inventory problems, wrong prices, or other causes of fraud.  

Pricing & Payment

The prices are in INR and can alter any time without prior notice. Before dispatch payment should be made in full unless otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver goods in a timely manner. Time delivery schedules are rough. At dispatch risk transfers to you.

Returns & Refunds

Products returned under our policy of returns can be defective or damaged. The returns of change-of-mind are not assured unless it is a law requirement.

Warranty

The manufacturer offers warranty, which has to be claimed according to the terms of the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

We will only be liable to the price of the product at the time of purchase. We are not responsible to indirect and consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

The entire contents of the site belong to either Nexabyte or are licensed to us. The use of unauthorised use is not allowed.

User Conduct

The website should not be abused by users (e.g. hacking, fraudulent entries). Infractions can cause suspension.

Privacy

Your personal data shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Governing Law

The jurisdiction and these terms are controlled by the Indian law, which is in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
